INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On April 9, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (the “Company”) received a resignation letter from Mr. Chunsheng Zhu to resign from his position as a director of the Board, effective on April 9, 2024. Mr. Chunsheng Zhu will remain as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company. Mr. Zhu indicated that his resignation is not because of any disagreement with the Company, its management or its directors.
