Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
At the annual meeting (the “Annual Meeting”) of shareholders of E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (the “Company”) held on March 28, 2023, 10:00 a.m. Beijing Time, the Company’s shareholders voted on the matters described below. At least two shareholders out of 203,824,198 ordinary shares of the Company were present in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting, representing approximately 84.54% of the total 241,098,331 outstanding ordinary shares and therefore the Company has met the quorum requirement for its Annual Meeting, which is more than one-third of the shares outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting as of the record date of March 6, 2023.
| 1. | The Company’s shareholders elected the following six (6) directors to the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), Wenshan Xie, Chunsheng Zhu, Chunming Xie, Yijing Ye, Jianhua Wang and Wong Heung Ming Henry, each to serve until his/her successor is duly elected and qualified at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders or until his/her earlier resignation or removal. | 2. | The Company’s stockholder approved a reverse share split (the “Reverse Split”) of the Company’s issued ordinary shares at a ratio from one (1)-for-five (5) to one (1)-for-twenty (20), with the exact ratio to be set at a whole number within this range to be determined by the Company’s Board in its discretion.
