The Company has recurring losses and has generated negative cash flows from operations since inception. Management anticipates that our cash on hand as of June 30, 2026, plus cash expected to be generated from operations and premium from derivative trading, cash available from borrowings available on our credit facility and the cash received from the sale of Bitcoin, will be sufficient to fund planned operations, meet our capital contribution requirements for EMHU and to repay borrowings due beyond one year from the date of the issuance of the financial statements as of and for the six months ended June 30, 2026.”
