On April 9, 2024, Earth Science Tech, Inc. a Florida corporation (the “Company”), Board of Directors appointed Mario G. Tabraue as the Company’s Chief Operations Officer (the “COO”), relinquishing his role as President. The COO will continue to receive his October 1, 2023, compensation disclosed in the September 29, 2023, filed 8-K Item 5.02(e) Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
