On May 10, 2022, Samuel Meckey, Executive Vice President of ExlService Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice to the Company that he will be resigning. Mr. Meckey’s resignation will be effective as of July 9, 2022, until which time he will, among his regular duties, assist with transition activities for his role.
