Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 27, 2021, National Vision, Inc. (“NVI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Vision Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), announced that Joan Blackwood, Chief Marketing Officer, will be departing NVI as of December 31, 2021 to pursue other opportunities. In connection with her departure, Ms. Blackwood will become entitled to certain payments and benefits that are currently provided in the Company’s Executive Severance Plan, which was previously filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 18, 2018.
