Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 22, 2023, Elizabeth C. Hitchcock, a director of Minim, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Board of Directors that she intends to resign as a director of the Company effective September 29, 2023. Ms. Hitchcock also serves on the Company’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Committee of the Board of Directors. Ms. Hitchcock’s resignation is not due to a disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
