Reference is made to the Form 6-K filed by Kandal M Venture Limited (the “Company”) on May 15, 2026. As disclosed therein, Mr, LAM Tai Mau was appointed the Financial Controller of the Company with the same work scope as position previously titled Chief Financial Officer with effect from May 11, 2026. On June 2, 2026, the Company has changed his title to Chief Financial Officer.
