Investor Day 2021
Members of management of Fox Factory Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FOXF) (the “Company”) will provide a presentation to investors and analysts at the Company’s annual Investor Day event on September 21, 2021. Presentation materials to be used during the event will be available before 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on September 21, 2021 on the Company’s website at: https://investor.ridefox.com/investor-relations/default.aspx under “Events and Presentations.” Following the Investor Day event, a recording of the presentation will be made available on the Company’s website at the above address.
ESG Overview
In addition, on September 21, 2021, the Company plans to release a 2021 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) overview on the Company’s website at: https://investor.ridefox.com/investor-relations/default.aspx under “Events and Presentations.” The 2021 ESG Overview seeks to identify ESG-related topics that the Company believes are important to the Company’s stakeholders and business success.
