FORTIS INC. FILES 2021 YEAR-END DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTS
Fortis Inc. ("Fortis" or the "Corporation") (TSX/NYSE: FTS) today filed its audited Consolidated Financial Statements and related Management Discussion and Analysis for the year ended December 31, 2021, as well as its 2021 Annual Information Form, with Canadian securities regulatory authorities. The Corporation has also filed its Form 40-F for the year ended December 31, 2021 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
