Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd. Regains Compliancewith Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Requirement

On October 17, 2024, Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”) received a written notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and Nasdaq has determined to continue the listing of the Company’s securities on Nasdaq.
