On March 11, 2024, Gates Industrial Corporation plc (the “Company”) made available an updated investor presentation titled “Capital Markets Day” through the Investors section of its website (https://investors.gates.com). The Company may use the investor presentation, which reiterates the Company’s 2024 outlook and includes updates with respect to the Company's first quarter 2024 estimates, the Company’s 2026 targets and certain business and other trends, from time to time in presentations to investors and other stakeholders.
