Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 14, 2023, Shirley S. Cho notified Heritage Global, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective August 14, 2023. Ms. Cho’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
