Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As previously disclosed, Kristin Campbell, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention to retire and agreed to work closely with the Company to facilitate an orderly transition for her successor. On September 15, 2023, Ms. Campbell notified us that her retirement would become effective on September 30, 2023. Anne-Marie D’Angelo will succeed Ms. Campbell as the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
