On August 14, 2024, Myles P. Gill notified Investview, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his role as Director of Operations of the Company, effective August 14, 2024. Mr. Gill’s decision to resign is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
