5.03— AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR
On September 20, 2021, Investview’s Board of Directors acted by unanimous written consent to change Investview’s fiscal year end to December 31. The report covering the transition period will be filed on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.
