clarifies that in reference to the material fact published on March
23, 2023 calling for the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders
Meeting to be held on April 23 at 10:AM in which the third item of
the Agenda says: "CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT TO SECTION SIX TO THE
BYLAWS DUE TO THE CHANGE IN THE PAR VALUE OF THE SHARES FROM THE
SUM OF ARS 1 (ONE PESO) TO THE SUM OF ARS 10 (TEN PESOS)" it shall
be read as follows: "CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT TO SECTION SEVENTH
TO THE BYLAWS DUE TO THE CHANGE IN THE PAR VALUE OF THE SHARES FROM
THE SUM OF ARS 1 (ONE PESO) TO THE SUM OF ARS 10 (TEN
PESOS)".
