Attached is the English translation of the summary of the payment notice related to the Company’s Fixed Rate Series XIV Notes, in a principal amount of USD 103,292,263.00,  (originally issued for a nominal value of USD 171,202,815, of which USD 67,360,007 and USD 550,545 were cancelled on March 31, 2025 and April 11, 2025, respectively) due 2028.

Irsa Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima (IRSA) informs that on December 22, 2025, will start the payment of the seventh installment of interests related to its Series XIV Notes issued on July 8, 2022.

Interests will be paid to the people at whose name the Notes were registered as of  December 19, 2025 in the registry held by the Register Agent.
