Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima (the
“Company”) (NYSE: IRS), informs that
its Board of
Directors has approved today the partial release of the facultative
reserve ‘Special Reserve’ in the amount of ARS
55,000,000,000 and its allocation for the distribution of a cash
dividend to the shareholders according to their
holdings.
