On August 6, 2024, Jumia filed a prospectus supplement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the sale of 20,227,736 ADSs through an “at the market” offering with RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Berenberg Capital Markets LLC as Jumia’s agents.
Pernod Ricard SA (“Pernod-Ricard”), through one of its subsidiaries, has purchased 1,271,335 ADSs of the offering. Pernod-Ricard has been a shareholder and strategic partner of the Company since 2019.
