Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 14, 2026, Liberty Broadband Corporation (the “Company”) announced that interested shareholders and analysts are invited to participate in a brief quarterly Q&A session following the completion of the prepared remarks on Liberty Capital Corporation’s second quarter earnings conference call. During this Q&A session management will be accepting questions regarding Liberty Capital Corporation and the Company. The conference call will be held on Thursday, August 6th, at 11:15 a.m. (E.T.). The call may discuss the financial performance and outlook of the Company, as well as other forward looking matters.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)—Liberty Broadband Corporation (“Liberty Broadband”) (Nasdaq: LBRDA, LBRDK, LBRDP) announced that interested shareholders and analysts are invited to participate in a brief quarterly Q&A session following the completion of the prepared remarks on Liberty Capital Corporation’s (Nasdaq: GLIBA, GLIBK) second quarter earnings conference call. The conference call will be held on Thursday, August 6th at 11:15 a.m. E.T.
