Lion Group Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) is furnishing this Form 6-K to report that effective as of March 4, 2025, Mr. Hua Luo was removed from his positions as a director and Responsible Officer of Lion Futures Limited (“LFL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as well as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Lion International Financial (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (“Lion SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. On the same date, Mr. Zhe Zhang was removed from his position as a director of Lion SG.
