Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Changein Fiscal Year.
On November 8, 2022, the board of directors of Silver Spike Investment Corp. (the “Company”) approved a change to the Company’s fiscal year end from March 31 to December 31. The Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K for the transition period from March 31, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
