Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company is saddened by the loss of long-term director, William Reid Sanders, who unexpectedly passed away on January 16, 2025. As a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2010, Mr. Sanders provided unwavering support and indelible contributions. The Company’s Board of Directors and management team extend their deepest condolences to his family.
