Resignation of Chaofu Chen

On July 1, 2021, Mr. Chaofu Chen notified Dragon Victory International Limited (the “Company”) of his resignation as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Chen’s resignation was due to personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s operations, policies, or procedures.
