Item7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 30, 2025, MDWerks, Inc., (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Subsidiary, RFS Specialties, LLC (“RFS”) has designed, built, tested and deployed a new Molecular Sawdust Drying System (the “System” or “Systems”), utilizing a proprietary molecular energy wave technology to adjust the moisture content of sawdust for production of wood pellets, an alternative green energy source. In addition to sales proceeds from the Systems, RFS will receive ongoing ancillary fees for servicing and maintaining the Systems.

GreenCove Springs, FL – July 30, 2025 – MDWerks, Inc. (“MDWerks” or the “Company”) (OTCQB:MDWK), a forward-thinking company leading the charge in the world of sustainable technology, today announced that the Company is scheduled to deliver its first Molecular Sawdust Drying System (“MSDS”) to one of the leading sawmills and lumber producers in the United States in August 2025. The Company’s subsidiary, RFS Specialties, LLC (“RFS”) designed, built and tested the MSDS unit, which utilizes proprietary molecular energy wave technology to uniformly, efficiently and cost-effectively adjust the moisture content of sawdust for production of wood pellets, an alternative green energy source. In addition to upfront sales proceeds, RFS will receive ongoing ancillary fees for servicing and maintaining the MSDS unit.
