On April 9, 2026, Mark Keeley resigned as Chief Financial Officer Consultant of Mobile Global Esports, Inc. (the “Company”). Brett Rosin, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will be the Company’s principal accounting officer until a new Chief Financial Officer is hired.
