Mixed Martial Arts Group Limited (the “Company”) confirms it has distributed a Notice of Annual General Meeting (the “Notice”) for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (the “2025 AGM”), and a proxy card. The 2025 AGM will be held on November 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (AEDT).

The Notice for the 2025 AGM and the proxy card are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
