To regain compliance, the Company’s American Depositary Shares must have a closing bid price of at least $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days. In the event the Company does not regain compliance by April 5, 2027, the Company may be eligible for an extension of time to regain compliance or may face delisting.
The Company aims to enhance its business performance and intends to monitor the bid price of its American Depositary Shares and may, if appropriate, consider implementing available measures to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under the Nasdaq Listing Rules. The Company’s business operations are not affected by the receipt of the Notification Letter.
As previously disclosed, on May 26, 2026, the Company received a separate notice from the Listings Qualifications Department of Nasdaq notifying the Company that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires listed companies to timely file its Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (the “Form 20-F”). The Nasdaq notice provided the Company until July 27, 2026 to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance with the rule. Following the Company’s timely submission of a compliance plan, Nasdaq informed the Company that it has been granted an extension to November 11, 2026, to regain compliance with the rule.
