Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 23, 2020, the Board of Directors ("Board") of Mueller Water Products, Inc. (the “Company”) declared an increase to the Company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.055 per share from $0.0525 per share. The dividend will be paid November 20, 2020, to shareholders of record on November 10, 2020.
A copy of the press release issued October 23, 2020 announcing the dividend is attached and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
