On September 5, 2023, DatChat, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it filed a non-provisional utility patent application for its technology platforms and that its mobile metaverse application, the “Habytat,” has over 100,000 active users. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
