Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On July 25, 2023, Mary G. Puma, a member of the Board of Directors of Nordson Corporation (the “Company”),     notified the Company of her intention to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective November 1, 2023. Ms. Puma has indicated that her departure from the Board is for personal reasons and is not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board. The Company thanks Ms. Puma for her dedicated service.
