DirectorResignation

On December 15, 2023, Dr. Roy Borochov notified Save Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Dr. Borochov’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
