Effective January 4, 2023, Jeffrey Conroy resigned as a director of Odyssey Health, Inc., formerly Odyssey Group International, Inc. (the “Company”, “Odyssey”). Mr. Conroy's resignation from the Board of Directors of Odyssey did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
