Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 3, 2024, UiPath, Inc. (“UiPath”) agreed to invest approximately $35.2 million, split between cash investment for equity and purchase of convertible bonds, in an initial seed round in H.AI (the “H company”), a France-based global foundation model and agentic artificial intelligence company. UiPath anticipates developing a commercial relationship with the H company and plans to provide more information as it becomes available.
