On June 18, 2025, Planet Green Holdings Corp. issued a press release which announced that the Company had become aware of unusual trading activity in its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange American (the “NYSE”). The press release constitutes a “no-news” statement pursuant to Section 401(d) of the NYSE Company Guide and is incorporated herein by reference.

NEW YORK, June 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Planet Green Holdings Corp. (“Planet Green”, the “Company”) (NYSE American: PLAG) announced today that the Company had become aware of unusual trading activity in its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange American (the “NYSE”) on June 17, 2025.
