On December 3, 2025, Picard Medical, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its CEO, Patrick NJ Schnegelsberg, will present data on the Emperor Total Artificial Heart at the CSI Focus D-HF (Device Therapies in Heart Failure) conference. The conference is scheduled for December 5 and 6, 2025, in Frankfurt, Germany. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.

Tucson, Ariz. December 3, 2025 - Picard Medical, Inc. (NYSE American: PMI) (“Picard” or the “Company”), parent company of SynCardia Systems LLC, maker of the world’s first total artificial heart approved by both the U.S. FDA and Health Canada, today announced that Patrick NJ Schnegelsberg, CEO will attend and present data on the fully implantable Emperor Total Artificial Heart (TAH) at the upcoming CSI Focus D-HF (Device Therapies in Heart Failure) conference, scheduled for December 5^th^ through 6^th^, 2025 in Frankfurt, Germany.
