EXPLANATORY NOTE

Prenetics Global Limited (the "Company"), a leading health sciences company and parent of the IM8 premium health and longevity brand, furnishes this Form 6-K to announce that on November 18, 2025 its Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, Danny Sheng Wu Yeung, purchased 20,118 shares of the Company's Class A Ordinary Shares at a price of $12.02 per share in the open market for a total purchase price of approximately $242,000, bringing his total holdings of Class A Ordinary Shares to 76,412.
