On March 5, 2024, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that he did not directly own any shares of the issuer's common stock. In fact, prior to the transaction date, the reporting person directly owned 28,278 shares of common stock and indirectly owned 78,451 shares of common stock through the Matthew L. Bloomfield Irrevocable Trust.

On October 1, 2021, the Reporting Person's subscription to purchase common stock of the Issuer was accepted. On October 14, 2021, the number of shares being purchased by the Reporting Person was fixed when the purchase price per share was determined by the Issuer.
