During its annual meeting of stockholders to be held on June 21, 2023, Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) will provide an update about the Company’s clinical development, regulatory affairs, drug discovery, manufacturing, intellectual property, business development, and corporate development activities.
A copy of the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders presentation slides is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
