Item 8.01. Other Events
Effective August 31, 2020, the Company’s common stock ceased to be trading on the OTCQB market because of the failure of the Company to maintain a bid price for its common stock of at least $0.01 per share for a period of 30 days. The common stock is currently traded on the OTC Pink Market.
