Item 8.01. Other Events
On March 27, 2023, the Israeli Ministry of Health approved Raphael Pharmaceutical Inc.’s application to commence a Phase IIa clinical trial in COVID-19 patients under the protocol that was approved by the Helsinki Committee at Rambam Hospital on December 8, 2022. The clinical trial will involve a cannabis-based drug aimed at mitigating deterioration in COVID-19 patients.
