(b) Resignation of Certain Officers
On February 24, 2026, Arvind K. Chakravarthy, the Company’s Chief People and Systems Officer, notified the Company of his intent to resign as Chief People and Systems Officer, effective March 6, 2026, to pursue other opportunities.
