Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointmentof Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 31, 2020, Lee Baillif, having 26 years of service, notified Socket Mobile Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as Vice President of Customer Experience and Quality Systems effective immediately to pursue other interests. Mr. Baillif’s decision to resign is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
