Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 4, 2025, the Board of Managers of South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC approved and declared a cash distribution of $0.25 per outstanding capital unit, or approximately $7.6 million. The distribution is expected to be paid and issued to members on February 6, 2025.
