Resignation of Mr. Li Yang

Mr. Li Yang, the Chief Operations Officer and one of the company’s directors, resigned, as of December 17^th^, 2024 to pursue other business and personal endeavors. There were no disagreements between Mr. Li and the Company related to its operations, policies or practices.
