Item 5.02Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangementsof Certain Officers.

On August 24, 2020, Ms. Wong Ying Ying resigned as the Independent Director of Sharing Economy International Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Cheng Wai Yin has agreed to serve as the Company’s new Independent Director, effective August 31, 2020.
