Item5.02 Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangementsof Certain Officers.

On June 8, 2020, Mr. Li Cho Fu resigned as the Independent Director of Sharing Economy International Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lo Yu Ming has agreed to serve as the Company’s new Independent Director, effective July 10, 2020.
