Item5.02 Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements ofCertain Officers.

On April 14, 2022, Mr. Anthony Che Chung Chan resigned as the Director, Chairman and CEO of Sharing Economy International Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Pak Hei Jefferson Chan has agreed to serve as the Company’s new Director, Chairman and CEO effective April 14, 2022.
