Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 12, 2024, Singularity Future Technology Ltd. (the “Company”) received a formal notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that the Company had regained compliance with bid price requirement required for continued listing on the Nasdaq as set forth in Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Consequently, the scheduled hearing before the Hearings Panel on March 28, 2024 had been cancelled.
